This program is designed and shipped directly by the reputable Standard Process brand.  The program is designed to support the body's natural process of detoxification.  It includes a delicious plant-based, gluten-free, Vegan protein powder that is consumed in a shake 1-3 times daily based on a schedule.  The shake provides the necessary amino acids and vitamins needed to support the body's natural detoxification process.  The shakes are NOT meant to be a meal replacement.  The other part of the program includes eating clean, whole, unprocessed foods that will provide the body the necessary nutrients necessary to support detoxification.  Both proper diet and protein shakes are necessary for the success of the program.  
 
The kit contains the necessary protein powder needed for 10 days, the accompanying program brochure which provides the shake schedule to follow throughout the program as well as enhanced shake and food recipes.  I will add in an additional food plan you may choose to follow or simply use as additional recipe ideas during your detox period which you may use ongoing.  I'll also add additional tips to naturally help the body detoxify.
