An elimination diet consists of two phases - an elimination phase which is 3 weeks of clean eating followed by a reintroduction phase. You will omit the major foods that cause inflammation in the body and then reintroduction foods one at a time to identify possible intolerances. An elimination diet is the gold standard for identifying foods that cause food sensitivity reactions that when built up over time lead to the deterioration of a healthy intestinal lining and results in inflammatory reactions in the body. It is also more accurate and cost effective than food sensitivity testing. Added benefits include detoxifying harmful products from the body, clearing antibodies that are built up from existing food intolerances, healing of the gut lining and overall improved health and mental clarity.


Food allergies and food intolerances are not the same. Food allergies are immediate reactions such as skin rash, itching, nausea or anaphylaxis caused by food ingestion such as a peanut allergy. Food intolerances are delayed reactions and occur 2-3 days after ingestion, thus making them difficult to pinpoint. Many suffer from intolerances unknowingly due to the delayed nature of the reaction. Symptoms of food intolerances vary widely and may include nausea, stomach pain, gas, cramps, bloating, heartburn, diarrhea, painful menses, acne, psoriasis, itchy eyes, headaches, irritability, nervousness, allergies, sinus congestion, trouble concentrating, trouble sleeping, tingling and numbness in extremities, bad breath, and joint pain. These symptoms are not normal and should not be part of your everyday life. Symptoms will be measured before and after the program to track progress.


This program includes weekly 30 minute virtual group coaching sessions, recipe guides for 3 meals per day plus snacks for the full 3 weeks of the elimination phase, educational resources and group support. Going through this in a group helps with accountability and moral support. This isn't a permanent way of eating, but it will give you the tools to educate yourself on the proper fuels for YOUR body so you can be a healthier version of yourself.

This program can also be completed on your own at any time.  If you choose to complete individually, coaching sessions will still be included for support through the process.
